If the following information doesn't cover what you would like to know please contact us at info@littlechoopie.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible. PRICING All pricing is in AUD. Pricing may change at our discretion and without notice. PAYMENT 1. Credit card: Currently we use paypal to process our payments other than direct deposit into our bank account. You do not need to be a registered user of paypal to use this facility. During checkout if you choose to make a payment other than direct deposit, you will be diverted to the paypal page where you can make a payment with existing funds (if any), visa or mastercard. For more information about this method of payment please visit: www.paypal.com.au. 2. Direct bank deposit: Banking details provided at the checkout if you wish to use this method of payment. Items purchased via direct bank deposit will be shipped upon confirmation of payment in our bank account. In the even of non payment for items purchased we will contact you via email once, if in 5 days payment has not been made, the order will be cancelled. SHIPPING All orders will be dispatched by Little Choopie within 1-3 days of purchase. If there is a delay for processing your order for some reason we will notify you immediately by your ordering email. Postage and handling both nationally and internationally is based upon a flat rate which is calculated by the total weight of your order. Only after all monies for your order have been collected will your order be posted. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once posted. Each order has been securely wrapped to help prevent any damages that may occur during the postage process. Postage within Australia usually takes between 1-3 days. International postage usually takes between 10-14 business days. If you feel your item should have already at your ordered destination please contact us at sales@littlechoopie.com.au. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We strive to meet your every expectation here at Little Choopie- Made with love. If for some reason you are unhappy about your purchase; you feel their is a fault or it is damaged please contact us so we can discuss your individual situation and rectify the issue. Due to the handmade nature of each item there may be some variation from the image you see at purchase, this may include print placement, print colour or hair elastic/headwrap colour. If for some reason we are out of stock of a particular headwrap colour we will contact you with an alternative option or the choice for a refund or change of product choice. We do assure you however that we will always match an appropriate elastic/headwrap to go with your purchase and it will always look gorgeous. DISCLAIMER As with all small items, please supervise your children at all times with any of our products, especially items made with small buttons. Whilst we have taken every step to ensure buttons are secured carefully on our products, they do have the potential to be a choking hazard and we want all our little customers to enjoy our products in a safe environment.
